imgix Datacenter Photographic Essays

The following photosets were a collaboration between our Director of Production Operations and myself. The level of design, engineering and customization that went into building the imgix datacenters needed to be documented properly, we needed a way to distinguish ourselves from the competetion. Newest imgix Datacenter

This was the first photoset I shot in our datacenter. I wanted to tell the story of our ability to rapidly deploy and scale our service, and the ways we uniquely and beautifully use a variety of hardware to run the imgix service.

Racking Mac Pros

This was the second photoset in my series. This photoset shot up to #1 on hacker news, as well as provided a lot of follow up business for our rack designers as well as numerous conversions for our service.
